- 1 year against default of manufacturing.
(are excluded the canvas treatments as waterproofing , anti-mold and anti-UV, which may vary depending of the local conditions of installation and use).

Becasue of the numbers of countries and types of tents we have to ship, shipments costs depends of your order and then require quotations.

Free shipping on all orders of 50kg within 15km of our SE-Asia warehouse in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Domestic Shipping
We partner with reliable carriers in Vietnam.
- Usual Delivery Time: 5-7 business days

International Shipping
Aifright or sea-freight to deliver your order to you worldwide. Delivery times vary based on your location, customs and import duties may apply, .
- Usual Delivery Time: 7-45 business days, express or standard shipping

Our shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight and dimensions of your order. Each shipping needs to be estimated, we aim to provide transparent and reasonable shipping rates for all our clients.

We process orders promptly. They are dispatched to our warehouse and suppliers within 1-2 business days for stock, they are usually processed and ready to ship in around 2 to 5 weeks depending of the model, quantity ordered, available stock and the customizations.
